The Calendar says it's Spring but depending on where you live, it may not feel like it quite yet. Before you put your Fall/Winter wardrobe away and start unpacking your Spring and Summer gear, set aside a few pieces that you can incorporate into your Spring wardrobe while you wait for warmer days ahead.


I paired a light chambray shirt dress with my good ol' winter boots (last season from Banana Republic) and my light wool gray pinstripe jacket (thrift shop find).

Add a bright scarf and a bold lip for a POP of color. Don't be afraid to do stripe on stripe, the combination can be very complimentary.

I'm typically not a sneaker girl but I got these as a gift from my hubby and I thought why not! Here I went for a casual cool look with a touch of Glam. I paired them with my favorite leggings, a printed tee, and a cream tuxedo blazer. The Sneakers and accessories add the Glam to this outfit! I'm also looking forward to pairing these with a pair of boyfriend jeans and a white tee. What would you pair these with? I'd love to hear from you!

Denim with your denim, why the heck not! There's nothing better than a great pair of jeans or two or three.  Well you get the picture. A great pair of  jeans is an absolute staple, in fact it's a MUST have! And who doesn't love a great denim button down? Comfortable, casual, not to mention versatile. You can wear it with dress pants to the office, looks great with white denim jeans in the Spring, as a cover up over your bikini at the beach, and yes you can wear it with your favorite blue jeans too.
