I love adding an unexpected POP of color to my look. You don't have to be matchy-matchy or go overboard. Sometimes just adding one item in a bright fun color is all you need to liven up an outfit.

      Thanks Tammy! On colder days you'll want to layer for sure and your arms are exposed too. Otherwise it's super cute and you can't beat the price :)
